Tender Description
The scope of works includes demolition of the existing office fit out and construction/installation of a new, purpose designed office, excluding technology upgrade and a portion of the garage which will remain for storage use. The existing building shell will be untouched apart from one small new opening in an internal existing brick wall.
Procurement of services as detailed in this document will be via the following process:
1. An open call for Expressions of Interest
2. A Request for Tender invited from a short list of Candidates
3. Contracting with one successful Candidate (Successful Candidate) to carry out the works
The Organisation invites builders with extensive experience in workplace refurbishments and/or working with not-for-profits to submit an expression of interest to carry out the proposed works.
