Tender Description

We would like to invite your company to provide the following services , should your tender be successful you will be engaged to carry out these works for a period of 3 years plus 1

Scope of works,

The following works will be in accordance with; All maintenance activities shall be undertaken in accordance with statutory regulations and equipment manufacturers O & M manuals and applicable specifications, including but not limited the following reference documents. AS2243, AS 2243.8:2014, Safety in Laboratories Appendix A&B AS2243.9, Including laminar Testing. WHS Safety Legislation 2011 & WHS Act 2011 and WHS Codes of practice.

Part 1. Attend Campus and conduct the annual inspection of all Fixed & Portable Fume Cabinets and Cupboards and exhaust extraction systems providing; 1. Comprehensive report on condition of each unit. 2. Certificate of Compliance. 3. All faults found that are considered as a high risk repair will be reported immediately to the Schools Building Manager. 4. All other repairs that may need to be carried out can be quoted and included as an attachment. 5. Servicing will be both 6 monthly and Annual on nominated equipment
