Corrections Victoria (CV) is responsible for the direction, management and operation of Victoria’s corrections system, which incorporates Community Correctional Services (CCS), prisons and post-sentence.

As a service agency within the Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS), CV develops and implements policies, programs and services that ensure the safe and secure containment of prisoners, and that seek to rehabilitate offenders by addressing the underlying causes of offending behaviour.

CV requires the services of suitably qualified provider(s) to undertake clinical assessments and deliver offence-specific interventions and work in partnership with CV and progress the offender through the entire pathway (from referral to intervention).
