Tender Description
The Health Quality & Safety Commission seeks information from interested parties regarding the provision of data collection and reporting system services for the Adult Inpatient Patient Experience Survey and the Primary Care Patient Experience Survey. These are national online surveys which are run quarterly.
Our preference is for provision of the end-to-end process, however we would also be open to information about provision of the component parts. The end-to-end process includes
- creation and maintenance of a secure reporting portal and data warehouse, including managing login access and troubleshooting for system users
- programming and maintenance of the data collection instruments
- sampling
- fieldwork (primarily online via email)
- data management and provision of survey response data files.
The RFI sets out the current approach however we are open to suggestions on new approaches to delivering the services.
