The State of Queensland, acting through the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women (CSYW) (also ‘the Department’ and ‘the Customer’), is inviting Offers for the provision of Services across a number of Service Domains for its Integrated Client Management System (ICMS) Replacement Program (the Program).
The Program is responsible for replacing the current child protection and youth justice ecosystem by supporting and enabling transformative business change to provide more efficient and seamless delivery of child safety and youth justice services, underpinned by the delivery of an integrated human and social services ICT system using a shared client and case management Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ICMS is the Department’s core system, supporting the delivery of front-line services to the community.
