Building firms are invited to submit EOI for consideration in a selected tender for works including:

NEW BLOCK 1 – ADMINISTRATION CENTRE

Single storey 344 sqm air-conditioned administration block with associated entry stairs and Covered Entry. (Demolition of existing block 1 /admin shall be completed by others prior to commencement on site).

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 5.06.19 (closing 27.06.19), with work to commence 15.07.19 for completion by 20.12.19.

Applicants should forward their email submissions to the Architects and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects; current firm structure; professional and Client references; and in particular note similar size and complexity of works.
