BLOCK 17 ’IRBYANA’ EXTENSIONS

Extensions to existing building to accommodate Flexible Learning Area (FLA); Gymnasium; Student Change Room facilities; First Aid; Staff Facility & Office; Sports Storage and upgrade Canteen. Approx. 830 sqm new GFA.

Includes Approx. 300 sqm Undercroft storage for RW tanks; maintenance equipment & off season sports equipment.

ASSOCIATED WORKS

Extension of existing concrete road access and minor parking. Provision of 4 full sized cricket practice nets.

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by 26.06.19 (closing 17.07.19), with work to commence 12.08.19 for completion by 31.1.20.
