There are approximately 550 Councils in Australia that have under-excess insurance incident/claims management requirements in relation to Public and Products Liability, Professional Indemnity and Motor Vehicle incidents and claims.

Landell Corporation Pty Ltd (the LEADS Principal) is seeking to establish an Aggregated National Purchasing Scheme for Local Government that includes the provision of Claims Management Services.The Leads Principal is seeking to understand the capabilities of selected third-party claims management administrators to deliver these services to Local Government in Australia. A proactive partnership approach with participating Councils is emphasised by aligning synergies and scale where appropriate.

Several Councils in Victoria and Western Australia have assisted the LEADS Principal in relation to the preparation of this RFT and their assistance is acknowledged by Landell.
