Painting firms are invited to submit EOI for consideration in a selected tender for the external repaint of the Grand Manors Apartment Complex located at Gilston, Gold Coast.

The Works are scheduled to commence August 2019 and involve the external repaint of 40 townhouse apartments, Community Facility and External structures

Tender documents will be available to short listed tenderers by 3 June, 2019 with a 3 week tender period.
