Expressions of Interest are invited from contractors experienced in the construction of educational buildings. This Stage 2 project is a new build including:
* a two storey Music/Dance block which will adjoin a future hall building
* associated site work

Tenders will be invited in June 2019 for construction commencing in July 2019. Up to 7 tenderers maybe included on the Tender List. Provide details as per the CEO Wollongong EOI application form, which can be downloaded from www.dow.catholic.edu.au/properties

Expressions of interest are to be submitted electronically only by 5pm, Thursday 30 May, 2019.
