The purpose of this Invitation to Partner (Invitation ) is to select a social service provider (or consortium of providers) to partner with to design and deliver an element of a new intensive support service, called Whānau by Whānau .
Whānau by Whānau is a service that Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) is establishing for whānau in Tāmaki with complex and multiple needs, who are living in crisis and struggling to get by on a daily basis. We want to support whānau, who want to create change for themselves, by helping them achieve their aspirations and improve their long-term outcomes.
