The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) is a State Government statutory authority appointed by and responsible to the Minister for Local Government. The MCB manages six (6) cemeteries and memorial park-sites throughout metropolitan Perth including Karrakatta, Fremantle, Midland, Guildford Cemeteries; Pinnaroo Valley and Rockingham Regional Memorial Parks.

MCB requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply and deliver assorted granite ground niche blocks, rose memorial blocks and memorial seats of varying quantities as and when required for various sites.
