Tender Description
The Shire of Cocos-Keeling Islands (the Principal) is seeking Proposals to design, supply and construct a free-standing residential dwelling at a fully serviced block on Home Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals that are suitable for harsh coastal environments that are subject to occasional flooding. The residences proposed also need to be engineer certified for cyclones. The dwelling can be onsite construction or a prefabricated unit.
