IRT are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the stage 1 Landscaping works in Henry Brooks Estate at IRT Kanahooka. A new retirement village. This request is part of a two stage process for selecting a contractor for the works.

Site address: 260 Kanahooka Road, Kanahooka, NSW.

In the second stage, shortlisted respondents will be invited to tender for the work. Tenders are scheduled to be called in September 2019.

The works are due to occur between January and April 2020. This will overlap with the last 8 weeks of stage 1 construction, comprising 22 villas. The area within the stage 1 boundary is approximately 9300 m2.

The works will be delivered using a Construct Only procurement methodology, based on a Landscape Architect's construction drawings and specifications.

Registrants are to provide the following as a requirement of the EOI:
1. Confirm interest in submitting a tender for the for the Stage 1 Landscape works;
2. Provide details of the business entity that will submit the tender, including contact details;
3. Provide copies of relevant accreditation (QA,WHS,EMS);
4. Provide copies of insurances (Public Liability, Contract Works, Workers Compensation);
5. Provide a Capability Statement providing details of similar projects;
6. Provide details of the proposed project team (including an organisational chart and brief CV's of key personnel);
7. Outline any challenges / risks that the respondent anticipates from previous experience on similar projects.
