99 Bikes is seeking proposals for the supply of uniforms (polo shirts) to staff across its nationwide sites. This requires one bulk order of uniforms to supply 99 Bikes for 2 years. The successful respondent will provide a proposal that demonstrates the following:
1. Ability to produce a mass-order of uniforms with recommendations of numbers to supply 99 Bikes (approx. 400 active staff) for 2 years
2. Black Polo Shirt design with 99 Bikes Logo prominent (on front left chest of shirt) - the details of this design can be discussed in the negotiation phase
3. Competitive pricing model with strong discounts for order quantity
4. Comfortable, durable and lightweight material
