Seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate in a tender process for the construction of a new retaining wall on the corner of Waghorn Street and Darling Street East, Ipswich.

Construction is proposed in August/September/October 2019 and the form of contract will be construct only AS4906 Minor Works.

Evaluation Criteria

Respondents should provide evidence of their relevant experience in the following criteria;
* Construction of retaining walls of this size and nature
* Experience as Principal Contractor role in accordance with WHS legislation
* Record of safely completing construction work
* QBCC licences applicable
* Financial and resourcing capacity to undertake the works
* Local content

Expressions of Interest should be lodged with the School no later than 15/06/19.
