Castlemaine Health is building a new carpark, to do this demolition of the existing laundry, engineering, equipment shed, waste store and pavement is required in preperation for the construction of a new carpark.

The demolition tenderer will provide a demolition plan that will conform to AS 2601 – 2001 The Demolition of Structures and AS 2436-2001 Noise and Vibration and Work Safe Compliance code Demolition.

Clearing the site of all existing building material, coordinating all phases of the demolition project with Castlemaine Health to ensure minimal disruption to users of the hospital and provide a dust control control plan and traffic management plan.
