This request seeks to engage experienced software vendors who have capability to provide a platform first and foremost with dynamic investigative case management, analysis and reporting.

The focus should be around a no-code platform that is powered by AI, robotics and automation. The requirement is to offer digital transformation by replacing ATSB's current legacy core business application ‘Safety Investigation Information Management System’ (SIIMS) with a very configurable and flexible solution. For detailed information about this procurement please refer to the attached 'Requirements Document for the delivery of an Investigation Case Management and Intelligence System'. Responders are to use the attached 'ATSB Response Template - Investigation Case Management and Intelligence System' to provide your response. Detailed functional requirements are contained in an accompanying spreadsheet called 'ATSB Requirements Traceability Matrix', which also needs to be attached to your response.
