Paradise Palms is a 94 unit complex in Carrara on the Gold Coast and is seeking a Fulltime Caretaker who will perform gardening duties and maintenance of complex, pool and BBQ area and be capable of performing various general maintenance duties.
- Tenders for the Caretaker position must have experience in caretaking of a large unit complex
- The Caretaker position consists of a 42.5 hour per week over a 7 day period
- Tenders for the Caretaker position must have relevant qualifications and a proven record in a similar role
- At least 2 referees are required
- Experience in swimming pool maintenance an advantage along with good organisational , management and communication skills.
