City Rail Link
The City Rail Link Limited (CRLL) invites suitably qualified tenderers to submit a tender for the C8 Otahuhu Station Works which is part of CRLL's City Rail Link project located in Auckland, New Zealand.

The scope of works includes construction of civil engineering and building works required to commission the third platform, and new staff accommodation at the Otahuhu Station. The works to be undertaken are located on the North Island Main Trunk (NIMT), Southern Line within the Auckland Metro Area.

In order to commission this platform, the following works are required to be undertaken within the existing Otahuhu Station and Bus interchange:

• complete platform fit-out to match existing facilities (canopies, lighting, seating, bins, signage, CCTV, ticketing and gates and fencing);
• construct new staff accommodation facility; and
• construct new pedestrian overbridge to connect the existing island platform and the third platform. This will provide emergency escape and general access/egress for passengers (disabled access/egress provision is met by existing facilities at the southern end of the platform).

The closing date for registration of interest is 3pm (NZS) Monday 10 June 2019.

A two-stage procurement process has been developed which will allow for shortlisting of tenderers (Expression of Interest) with appropriate capability, followed by a Request for Tender Process (RFT) being issued to shortlisted tenderers.
Tenderers are advised that CRLL, at its sole discretion reserves the right to reject tenderers request to be given access to AWARD (CRLL procurement software) to access the EOI, where CRLL considers that the tenderer does not have the capacity and/or capability to carry out the works.

NOTE: There is no cost to prospective tenderers for the use of the AWARD software.

Tenderers are advised that tender administration including all queries, clarifications and submissions will be undertaken in AWARD software (CRLL advise that NO EOI queries, clarifications or submissions made in TenderLink (Illion) or GETS will be responded to or accepted).
