The Sanctuary Cove Resort is a gated residential community of approximately 1400 homes and covering 474 hectares of land.

The PBC and PTBC is offering Three Irrigation Construction contracts for tender and invites all suitably qualified organisations to submit written ‘Expressions of Interest’ for consideration in a selected tender for the provision of all, or any one of the following;

1.Supply and install 700 approximate meters irrigation pipe various sizes

2.Construct 1.6 megaliter storage and 82l/sec pump station

3.Supply and install 5 approximate kilometers irrigation pipe various sizes

Documents are not to exceed 4 A4 pages.
Applicants should forward their submissions and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects, current company structure and capability, financial status, associated memberships; professional and client references for similar works and ASIC search report and a complete Dun and Bradstreet report.

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by early July 2019, with contracts to commence in 2019.
Expression of Interest submissions will be considered until 24th June 2019.
