The Sanctuary Cove Resort is a gated residential community of approximately 1400 homes and covering 474 hectares of land.

The Principal Body Corporate is offering a 5 year contract for tender and invites all suitably qualified organisations to submit written ‘Expressions of Interest’ for consideration in a selected tender for the provision of all, or any one of the following;

1.Over 5 years replace approximately 5500 metres of road side curbing.

Documents are not to exceed 4 A4 pages.
Applicants should forward their submissions and include relevant and current data regarding recent projects, current company structure and capability, financial status, associated memberships; professional and client references for similar works and ASIC search report and a complete Dun and Bradstreet report.

Tender documents are expected to be available to the short-listed tenderers by early July 2019, with contracts to commence in 2019. Expression of Interest submissions will be considered until 24th June 2019.
