26697 - RPV requires planning and scheduling services to supply highly specialised and expert professional planning and scheduling services to respond to the dynamic and expanding nature of the projects and programs being delivered by RPV.

Scope of Services
This Invitation is seeking to create a panel of approximately 5-10 suppliers with a broad depth of experience, capabilities and capacity across the nominated planning and scheduling skillsets to provide services to RPV projects including Metro Tunnel Project (MTP), Regional Rail Revival (RRR) and Victorian Rail Infrastructure Program (VRIP).

Capabilities sought and therefore skillsets expected to reside in PSS include:
* Development and management of accurate and robust programs for the development phase (i.e. Programs to manage RPV’s internal deliverables);
* Development and management of accurate and robust programs for the delivery phase (i.e. Pre-Tender construction programs) from first principles
