EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Maintenance & Outdoor Cleaning

Mariners View is a premier 70-apartment complex. We are currently looking for a suitable CONTRACTOR.

THE KEY TASKS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
General maintenance, outdoor cleaning, pool care, bin management and on-site trade and owner liaison services.
* Provide handyman and, if applicable, trade services.
* Provide an on-site presence for at least 4 hours per day on average. A person with a trade background an advantage (ideally electrical).

The contractor will have appropriate liability insurances and have Workers Compensation (or Personal and Accident Insurance).

It is our intention to enter into a 3 month trial with mutually agreed continuation options thereafter. A “scope of works” document will be sent to interested parties.

Expected Start Date: 5th August, 2019.
