Expression of Interest Building Cleaning

Mariners View is a premier 70-apartment complex. We are looking for a suitable cleaning CONTRACTOR.

THE KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
Cleaning all internal areas such as foyers, lobbies, entrances, pool/gym/sauna rooms, toilets, etc., including walls, floors, doors, fittings and all accessible internal windows.

The contractor will have appropriate liability insurances and have Workers Compensation (or Personal and Accident Insurance).

It is our intention to enter into a 3 month trial with mutually agreed continuation options thereafter.

A “scope of works” document will be sent to interested parties.

Expected Start Date: 12th August, 2019.
