There are approximately 70-80 identified learning solutions that will include content and assessment activities to support EPA staff to undertake learning requirements.

The Supplier will work to carry out rapid design and development of learning solutions. The solutions will vary in complexity and give staff variety in their learning program through using a range of approaches including:

* digital or eLearning
* online
* blended (combination online and face-to-face)
* face-to-face
* on the job, including support with coaching/mentoring
* workplace based through team learning activities, communities of practice, peer to peer
* assessment
* micro
* self-directed learning resources such as infographics, case studies and other learning materials
