CONTRACT: MCQ486 Proposed Trunk Sewer 195 Foxwell Road, Coomera Motus Consulting (Qld) Pty Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the supply of materials and full construction of the proposed trunk sewer at 195-215 Foxwell Road, Coomera.

The works entail:
* Approximately 700m of a 300mm diameter trunk sewer main.
* Associated civil works including tree clearing, earth works, drainage and modification/ protection to existing infrastructure.

All works must be carried out in accordance with all relevant Building, Construction and Workplace Health and Safety Regulations; CoGC – City Plan V6 – SC6.11 Land Development Guidelines & Standard Specifications and Drawings; and SEQ Water Supply & Sewerage Design & Construction Code and Standard Drawings.
