Heartland Bank is seeking to work alongside a provider to assist us in becoming more efficient and effective in the Collections area by implementing a solution that will allow for reduced call times, centralised information storage and increased customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a Collections Management System that will enable Heartland Bank to quickly create and control all aspects of our internal and customer-facing activities. We are seeking a solution that will allow our team to have the ability to define and maintain all strategy elements and automate processes down to the account level through a single interface, without costly programming or IT involvement.
