The 1st level function centre will be the jewel in the crown of the facilities at the Power House with unparalleled views across the lake and to the city. Redefining elegance on Albert Park lake, the function centres two storey windows will create a seamless engagement with the natural surrounds of Albert Park Lake.

The new landmark building will be a modern, state of the art facility, housing the Lord Somers Camp & Power House NFP organisation as well as iconic rowing sheds, new social enterprise cafe, a multi-purpose creativity centre, a leatherette with a capacity of 150-200pax and additional space for community based organisations to use.
