Bulk Sugar Terminal Re-roofing Works Mackay Ranbury acting as Project Manager for Queensland Sugar Limited (QSL) is calling for EOIs from suitably qualified and resourced principal contractors with a proven track record in relevant construction projects for QSL’s Roof Replacement works for the No. 1 Sugar Storage Shed at STL’s Mackay Bulk Sugar Terminal.

The works include but are not limited to: Removal and disposal of the existing Galbestos roof sheeting and cleaning of the remaining structure. Install additional roof purlins, truss and wall strengthening. Installation of new roof sheeting and apex walkway works. Shed size is 303m long, approximately 47m wide, with a 35 degree roof pitch rising to an apex height of up to 27m.
