Tāmaki Redevelopment Company Ltd (TRC) operates a portfolio of around 2,800 social houses across the eastern Auckland suburbs of Glen Innes, Panmure and Point England.

Tenancy management and maintenance services for the portfolio are provided through its wholly owned subsidiary, Tāmaki Housing Association (Tāmaki Housing).

TRC is seeking a property maintenance services partner of suitable scale and capability that can manage the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services for this portfolio.

The service must be fully operational to commence on 1 July 2020.

Our focus for this opportunity is to be able to provide a customer-centric maintenance solution built on a foundation of high-quality reactive maintenance services. We also see ongoing opportunities to move over time from a largely reactive service towards a more proactiveapproach that improves customer experience and represents prudent asset management.
