Council is seeking a suitably experienced organisation to provide an Electronic Document Records and Information Management System (EDRMS) Software solution.

The solution must at a minimum:
1. Provide an intuitive, simple platform for users to create, store, retrieve, modify and share files whilst enabling seamless recordkeeping.
2. Provide an opportunity to achieve integrations with Council's business applications and improve interoperability.
3. Comply with the following laws and regulations.
* The State Records Act 1998 (NSW)
* ISO 16175
* ISO 15489
* ISO 27001 For hosted solutions
* NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 For hosted solutions
4. Manage the complete lifecycle of physical records, electronic information and associated metadata.
5. Provide a mobile-friendly platform to be used on a range of devices inside and outside the Council network (anytime, anywhere access).
6. Provide automated workflow capability for tasks and integration with Council's business processes.
7. Provide appropriate channels for social media integration.
8. Provide opportunities for collaboration.
9. Provide a platform for scalability.
10. Provide an alternative repository to manage reference material or other information not identified as having corporate value.
11. Include full text search capability
12. Provide for the migration of data from current EDRMS environment (automated process preferred)
