After winning the initial tender of this Clubhouse we have been heavily involved in Value Management and Redesign of the facility to reduce the cost to fall within the Build Budget. All contractors are asked to reprice this as a new project as keenly as possible to ensure commencement can take place by mid-August.

The fundamental concept remains the same but the building is smaller and alternate materials will be considered. Thank you in advance for your interest and cooperation in this process it has been drawn out but we are confident moving forward that we will commence onsite as planned.
