The iconic Bondi Icebergs Club is located in the Icebergs building at Bondi Beach, Waverley Council.

The Club operates the pool, the bistro located on the level 2, and outsources the pool's cafe, the gym, and the massage room located ground level.

Bondi Icebergs Club is currently renovating key trading parts of the ground level. The development includes the relocation of the current cafe offering in a bigger space and with an extended terrace. The opening of the new cafe is anticipated in November 2019.

The new venue has access to one of the biggest tourist market in Australia and an affluent local residential and surrounding commercial market.

Bondi Icebergs Club is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Cafe operators that are willing to join them on this Club's journey and to realise their potential.

The successful cafe operator will control and operate the designated cafe which includes an indoor area of 26m2 and a terrace of 14m2. It is a 7 day 6am to 6.30pm operation.

The successful candidate will:
* Have a passion for ensuring a cafe culture.
* Proven experience in providing quality and consistent meals and beverage in a fast-paced environment as well as providing catering services for functions and events.
* Be able to work with Club Management to drive visitation, customer retention and club advocacy via the delivery of an optimal customer experience.
* Be customer service focused with respect to both front and back of house requirements.
* Have the relevant qualifications, accreditations and insurances in place.

Please note there will be an expectation to financially contribute to the fit out of the premises.
