OnseSubsea scope of work for Julimar development phase 2 involves the project management engineering, procurement and fabrication of the Subsea Six slot manifold.

Fabrication activities by Subcontractor shall include, but not limited to :
One Subsea 6 slot production manifold – Consisting of;

• 8” & 12” Header Valves and 8” Branch Valves (OneSubsea Free Issue)

o Piping & Bends (22 CR Duplex SS - UNS S31803)

• 12.75” Header Pipe with six 8.625” Branch Lines

o Connection & Pressure/Debris Caps

•  OneSubsea Supplied

o Small Bore Hydraulic/Chemical Injection Items

• Hydraulic Tubing

o Controls Equipment

• OneSusbea Supplied

o Structural Beams, Pipes, Plate & Channel

Scope includes fabrication of manifold structure, coating, installation of free issue valves, piping fabrication, hydraulic tubing installation and associated factory acceptance tests.

One Subsea MudMat for Six Slot manifold – Consisting of;
o Structural Beams, Plate & Channel

Scope includes fabrication and coating of structure and associated factory acceptance tests.
