MFB is seeking responses to this tender for the Provision of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) System and Support.

Full details of the services required are outlined within the Tender documentation.

Note: All questions pertaining to this Tender are contained within the response area, they are required to be completed ON LINE. You must complete the Pre Qualifying stage first in order to be permitted to Tender.

To progress to the area of the online questions, please complete the following steps:
1. Click on the Tender title
2. At the bottom, click on the "Intend to Respond" button
3. On the newly displayed page click on the 'Response" button
4. On the next page, click the "Response" button under the completion bar
5. A new screen will be displayed, click the "start" button on the botton right hand side, all questions and attachments will now be availablle for you to complete through the portal.

N.B. Make sure you complete the questions as directed and save your work on a regular basis to avoid data loss. You can download a copy of your submission PRIOR to the closing date and time.

IMPORTANT: Supporting information must be attached to each responsive question. Information uploaded up front as part of your response will be deemed to be uncompliant.

Failure to comply with the requirements will eliminate the offer from further consideration in the assessment process.
