WGEA is currently working on replacement of the existing platform which supports the end-to-end administration of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. This statutory reporting framework aims to encourage measures that improve gender equality outcomes and has been designed to minimise the regulatory burden on businesses.
WGEA uses the data collected to produce reports, including the annual WGEA Gender Equality Scorecard, which provides a snapshot of the key trends in gender equality across the Australian labour force, and Competitor Analysis Benchmark reports which are tailored to each organisation.
This Ask the Market is being used to determine initial supplier interest, capability and availability, prior to a formal approach to market for the replacement of the existing platform.
