EOI for works pertaining to a 30 Lot residential land subdivision in Byford, WA

Potential tenderers are to submit a capability statement for a 30 lot subdivision indicating ability to complete sewer & water reticulation to Water Corporation standards, underground power & street lighting to Western Power standards, gas reticulation to ATCO standards & communications infrastructure to NBN Co requirements. It should also show ability to complete roads & drainage to Local Authority standards and competency working in clay sites

Capability to include examples of works of similar magnitude.

Max 10 pages.

Tenderers will be shortlisted to provide a price for the works.
