Tender Description
The OAIC is currently developing a complaint handling ecosystem as part of our role in the Consumer Data Right (CDR) scheme. This ecosystem will draw on existing infrastructure used by the OAIC, such as Resolve, however it is likely the case that new technology and/or systems will need to be procured, in particular to accommodate the co-regulatory nature of the CDR scheme and thus necessary information sharing between the OAIC and ACCC.
