Watsons Pty Ltd, Consulting Group, in a Development Partnership Deed with South East Water and UDIA Consolidated Pty Ltd, invites suitably qualified Contractors to lodge a Tender for the following contract:

• Construction of approximately 2,560 lin.m of DN 225mm Drinking Water Main for a residential land subdivision in Cranbourne South.and;
• Construction of approximately 1,220 lin.m of DN 225mm Non-Drinking Water Main for a residential land subdivision in Cranbourne South.

Applicants must have South East Water accreditation (Categories WC1 and R3) or be suitably qualified and willing to achieve accreditation status, will be required to enter into a Contract with UDIA Consolidated Pty Ltd and be able to commence works in October 2019.

The Tender should address, but not be limited to: Company Profile, Key Personnel, Current Accreditations, Design and Construction Management, provide proof of a minimum $20m in Public Liability Insurance to be held for the duration of the Deed, Capability Statement, Relevant Recent Experience, Environmental Management System, Public Liaison, Traffic Management System, Quality Management System, Public Liability Insurance, WH&S Policy and Record and Plant Owned.

 The Contractor is to submit the Tender document to the secure e-tender box on: www.tenders.net/southeastwater prior to the closing time. In order to avoid delays and to allow time for re-submission, please ensure the Tender documentation is lodged at least 2 hours prior to the closing time.
