APPLICATIONS FOR LEASE - CHINESE KITCHEN AND RESTAURANT.

The kitchen and restaurant:

• provides for chinese style cooking with some Australian meals (preferably but not essential);
• has a six burner wok, deep fryer and a four burner stove with large oven as well as a 20-plate warming oven;
• has a stand alone coolroom and freezer in the kitchen;
• a hot and cold Bain Marie is situated in the restaurant;
• currently operates five days per week din in (lunch and dinner);
• has good support from locals for takeaways.

The Club will provide a comfortable three bedroom home (with air-conditioning) for the nominal rent per week to be negotiated for the successful applicant.

To lease the kitchen you will need all appropriate insurances, food safety certification, ABN etc and, of course, experience.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a history of running a similar business with current references and is required to start at the end of September or early October.
