Tender Description
LWP is the developer of Ellenbrook, one of Australia's largest land development projects. It will ultimately consist of more than 11,500 lots and 34,000 residents.
Launched in 1994, Ellenbrook has achieved 25 years of continuous development and has constructed more than 10,000 lots to date.
LWP is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably experienced and resourced civil contractors to undertake land development and infrastructure works. The works include all earthworks, utilities, roadworks and infrastructure to provide full serviced allotments in Ellenbrook's Town Centre and residential villages.
