IRT are currently seeking expressions of interest for the Principal Design Architect for the redevelopment and refurbishment of an existing Aged Care facility on the South Coast of NSW.
EOI submissions will also be used to inform tender panels for future projects stretching from Far South Coast NSW to Sunshine Coast QLD.
EOI must contain the following information:

• Aged Care projects - Highlight redevelopment and refurbishment experience
•  Documentation team size
•  Detailed design experience
•  Documentation experience
•  Employee base
•  Office locations and geographic service area
•  Other services/disciplines in-house
•  Referees for aged care projects in last 5 years.
