The Leadership Academy provides development and capability uplift among leaders and executives across the NSW Public Service.

Our role is to not only provide development, but to connect leaders across the sector to enable better collaboration and delivery of cross-sector outcomes for citizens, plus support career goals, mobility and promotion.

A recent evaluation and re-design of the Leadership Academy offering has identified the need for an engaging digital platform to facilitate learning, connectivity, embed learning and maximise efficiency of administration.

The Leadership Academy is procuring separately for learning solutions, including digital learning content, which can be hosted on any platform.

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to identify appropriate technologies and suppliers with capability to meet the needs of the Leadership Academy, to be shortlisted for a Request for Tender (RFT).
