Tender Description
Uniting Church Homes trading as Juniper is contemplating major refurbishments to a number of its residential aged care facilities (RCFs) and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced design consultants to develop firstly the Principles, Scope, Goals and Outcomes for each facility and then documentation and specification development for projects that progress past the scoping stage.
