Expressions of Interest are invited from licensed Builders for the Expansion and Refurbishment of the Early Learning Centre at St Luke’s Anglican School, 4 Mezger St, Bundaberg, QLD 4670.

A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered. Drawings are available to preliminary construction issue level suitable for building works approval and will include general plans, sections and elevations.

The tender is for:

• Completion of construction design, details, drawings and specifications
• The construction of two classrooms, amenities and covered outdoor play area (approx 200 m2)
• The construction and conversion of a central flexible learning area (approx 135 m2)
• Refurbishment of existing kitchen, staff rooms and learning spaces (approx 135 m2)
