The Voluntary Administrator of Davenne Holdings Pty Ltd (Administrator Appointed) is seeking expressions of interest to purchase the Company’s soil and landscaping material retail business in addition to its interests in soil and gravel mining tenements.

The assets are being offered for sale by the Voluntary Administrator as on “as is where is” basis.

The property leased by the Company for its soils and landscaping material retail business is also available for sale from the owner. It is preferred that only offer includes both the land and the business.
