Summerland House Farm
Applications are invited from suitably qualified principal contractors and subcontractors for the expansion of facilities at Summerland House Farm, 253 Wardell Road, Alstonville, NSW 2477.
Works focus upon adaptive reuse of existing infrastructure, building, civil and waste water works with an additional focus on landscaping. Works have been approved by Ballina Shire Council in DA (2019/144.1).
A Pre-Tender site meeting will be held at 9:00am on Thursday 29 August 2019 at the Summerland House Farm Cafe / Restaurant.
