Ellenbrook, one of Australia’s largest land development projects, will ultimately consist of more than 11,500 lots and 34,000 residents. Launched in 1994, Ellenbrook has achieved 25 years of continuous development and has constructed more than 10,000 lots to date.

LWP Group is seeking a Request for Proposal from suitably experienced and resourced registered builders to construct a range of homes for over 55s. The scope includes the staged construction of 46 single residential dwellings and one 10 unit multi-residential dwelling located in a village within the Ellenbrook Town Centre.
