The Shire of Bruce Rock invites Tenders for a three year lease of the Café/Retail Outlet at 48 Johnson Street, Bruce Rock WA 6418. Prior to expiry of the initial three year period this lease may be extended by an additional three years with the consent of both parties. Tenders close at the Council Offices at 54 Johnson Street, Bruce Rock at 10am on Monday 16th September 2019.

Every Tender shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked on the outside "TENDER NO. 5.2019.20 – LEASE OF CAFÉ/RETAIL OUTLET, 48 JOHNSON STREET, BRUCE ROCK", and addressed to:

Tenders should have the completed “Tender Form” at the end of this document attached as the cover, and are to be placed in the Tender Box located in the Shire Office at 54 Johnson Street, and all Tenders received will be opened before those present at the closing date and time. The Shire reserves the right to accept no Tender. Tenders sent by facsimile or email will NOT be accepted.
